We took a drive yesterday to get some pictures before the leaves are completely gone. John was a great chauffeur.

The lake is out there somewhere. This is the studio (built by Bob Wallace) which is now more like a study hall. John says this is a picture of his antennas with the studio in the way. Click on the picture to get a better look at his tower, and other stuff.

Water heater burst today!

The RotoRooter man..

is my new friend. I walked downstairs and discovered a flood. Grabbed every towel and cotton blanket to sop up the water, and called Mr. RR. We are the proud owners of a beautiful new hot water heater! Just my idea of a fun thing to do on a Saturday!

It only took a year...

But, it' finally done. Except for hand sewing the binding. This quilt shows what scrap collectors know: you can shop at home, and get a great result.
