Derwent Inktense water soluble ink pencils? They don't dry back (dry lighter) the way other watercolors and watercolor pencils do. They're permanent when dry. I'm trying them, and liking them a lot. Here's a link for more information.
oooo, I like how vibrant they are. I've never heard of them - I think I'll need to try them. I love using Neocolor II's but they do get lighter when they dry. And-thanks for commenting on my ROD journal.
