I wound two center-pull balls of yarn so I could knit two socks at once (on 2 circular needles).
The color variegation was too short to make stripes around the socks. Instead The orange color pooled in a random way. Clearly, there is a LOT to learn about yarn dyeing. I'm leaving it to the experts for now.
